聖書を66日で読む方法

今日はヨシュア記について書きます。

　

ヨシュア記のテーマは「勇気」です。

　

イスラエル人は、ヨルダン川の東側に宿営していました。
そこから偵察を送り、ヨルダン川を渡り、かつて大失敗した
エリコ攻略を成功させました。
それからパレスティナ南部から北部へと勝利を重ね、勝ち取った土地を
部族ごとに分配しました。

　

古い生活を変えるのは難しいものです。
ヨシュア記のメッセージは、自分のことは後回しにして、
神とともに前進することです。そして、新しい生活を送るためには
勇気が必要です。イスラエル人は偶像を壊して、土地をきよめながら
進んで行きました。私たちも日々の生活の中で悪しき習慣を壊して
神に心を向ける姿勢を新たにするよう心掛けましょう。

The 6th day

　

The theme of Book of Joshua is “courage.”

　

Israelis were camping at the east side of the Jordan. They sent reconnaissance to Canaan and crossed the Jordan. And Israelis made successful the invasion to Jericho which carried out the bad miss once. They distributed the land which repeated the victory from southern Palestine to the northern part, and was gained for every tribe. It is difficult to change an old life. 

The message of Book of Joshua is postponing one’s thing and moving forward with God. And courage is required in order to lead a new life. Israelis broke the image and followed land with the slight ease of coming. Let’s try to renew the posture in which we also turn the heart to God in a daily life.
